Amleth
Live Brief with Forlaens. I was given an extract from Saxo's History of the Danes to adapt into a 2 page comic spread - depicting the moment where Amleth is betrayed by the King of England. Additional works from this project include a map depicting Amleth's journey and extra illustrations.
Heartwielder
My final project at university. I wrote, conceptualised and illustrated the first issue dark fantasy comic. The story follows an exiled nun and an amnesiac lady knight as they traverse a dying land to hunt the vampire who is causing worldwide suffering. Displayed here is a variety of concept art and comic pages.
Titus Oates
Live Brief with the Scott Polar Museum in Cambridge. Titus Oates is a comic book that tells the story of Lawrence Oates on the Terra Nova expedition to the South Pole and the tragic sacrifice he took. The first 5 pages are displayed here alongside two impactful 2 page illustrations.
Summoning Ghosts
Originally part of a character design project exploring the 12 archetypes in a single environment. I wanted to explore characters in the setting of a haunted house, mixing different historical eras and professions under the same mystical setting. The story follows a magician who summons the ghost of her dead cat and consequently unleashes many more mischievous spirits.
Penguin Book Cover Entry 2026
Adult Fiction Category - Night Watch by Terry Pratchett. To design a cover for the fantasy/comedy genre I prioritised iconic imagery and bold colours unlike a lot of the darker desaturated book covers I see saturating the market in the fantasy genre. The main character being part of a fantasy police force inspired the three uniform spears.

Sketchbook
Various Sketchbook drawings including on-location life drawings, movie still studies and character design. Most sketchbook drawings are done in biros and various different marker pens.
